Stayed here for 2 months. 1 month pregnant and the other post-partum. At first was hard to get in to carpark because the key didn't work but that has been fixed now. Apart from that it was a very cosy place to stay when I was bed ridden in my last month of pregnancy and couldn't walk. The apartment has everything you need.The second month with a newborn was great too. Super close to the beach for strolls, great cafes walking distance and the tram is a 5 min walk and bus right at the front so easy to get around. Donna was always proactive and responsive. Great comfortable place to stay longer term and location is prime.

Our team enjoyed a month-long stay at Donna's house while working nearby at Westfield Penrith. The home was comfortable with plenty of room. It was situated in a nice area with lots of paths and parks to go walking. It was conveniently located close to town centre, pubs and food shops. We stayed here for a month and had a great experience! Any issues we had Donna was quick to respond and fix it. The pool was great to use and was kept very clean by staff. It was perfect walking distance from most things and the public bus was super easy to access even with the road construction. I think there was a mention of noise because of construction and we didn’t even notice it throughout the month. Would definitely stay here again, Thanks Donna!

we had a fantastic stay at Donna's apartment. This was a last minute booking for us due to our flight being rescheduled and our original apartment had another booking.Easy check in with a lockbox code and the building itself is really secure as you need a fob to access the lift. The apartment is in a nice quiet street so it was great sitting out on the balcony in the evening with a glass of wine.It's also very spacious and really well stocked, and the kitchen had everything you needed.Donna was a great host, responding very quickly to any questions we had.we will definitely bo booking again for our next trip.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a really pleasant experience. As someone in my 60s with knee problems, I really appreciated how comfortable and easy the space was to get around in. Everything was very clean and well looked after, which immediately made me feel at ease when I arrived.One of the biggest positives for me was the location. It’s very close to the hospital, which was incredibly convenient for my visit and made getting back and forth simple without long travel.I also travel with my large dog, and the space worked well for both of us. It was nice to have enough room so we didn’t feel cramped, and the area felt safe and welcoming for walking him.Overall, it was a comfortable, clean, and convenient place to stay. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to others, especially anyone who values a quiet, well-kept place in a great location.

We had a great stay at Varsity Lakes. The location was great for local walks and to the grocery store and to local play parks. The flat was very well equipped and lots of things were provided, which has made life so much easier! Very convenient to be able to use a big pool. Definitely recommend staying here.

The place is close to everything, a few steps to the beach, bus stop, restaurants, grocery, Jubilee Walkway and North Burleigh Lookout which is overlooking Surfers Paradise. We're very lucky to have an ocean view before the new building gets built which will definitely obstruct the view. The parking is very handy.

I stayed for 20 days and felt right at home! The apartment is very well organized and equipped, with laundry facilities, kitchen items, and amenities. Excellent location, steps from the beach, shops, and restaurants.Donna was an attentive host and always responded very quickly to inquiries.As described in the listing, the apartment is next to a beach club, but my experience was good, with the music at a reasonable volume, even creating a lively atmosphere for my weekend (the club is open from Friday to Sunday). The view was also a little obstructed by an external renovation structure on the building, but nothing that spoiled the stay.This is a place I would definitely return to in the future!

The home was beautiful and very comfortable. The home is located in a resort which offers multiple pools, a tennis court, and a golf range, which we really enjoyed. Donna is a good host. Experienced, responsive and communicates well. Our stay here for 3 1/2 months while we renovated our house was a good experience. The apartment is well equipped and in a good location. If you have 2 cars ( as we did) Car parking is an issue as the unit has 1 car space and on street parking is a challenge. Other than that, i can recommend Donna and this unit as a great place to stay.

Donna’s place was beautiful! Great location, lots of homey amenities, beds were comfortable, great view, flexible check in. It has everything you need and there’s lots to love about the apartment in the Moorings building. She was responsive and helpful! 4 stars instead of 5 because some of the things in that apartment are due for a deep clean. And the couches in the living room are not comfortable at all, totally sunken in and they need to be completely replaced. Hopefully Donna considers this feedback because with some minor improvements it’s a 5/5 place to stay! A few things to consider for booking that cannot be fixed - the parking space is very tight so don’t bring a large vehicle. We rented a small car for part of our stay and it was hard to park in. And the location is great but loud at night because of the highway and nearby bars. Bring a sound machine.

The apartment is ideally located near beautiful Parramatta Park, a lovely restaurant district, the Westfield Mall, and the Parramatta transportation hub. Getting around without having a car was quite easy. The balcony was a delightful outdoor space. Donna was a superb hostess.

We stayed at Donna’s place in Penrith for a little less than 6 weeks. We loved the unit which had alot of room and close to many things. We found the place very dusty though and washed closet drawers, shelves prior to moving our belongings into them. Plus The balcony was also unusable due to dust and wasp nest in the corner. We cleaned it and enjoyed our morning coffee there.

The house was perfect for my family of 4 +2 pugs. The kitchen is HUGE and had most of the items you need to stay for a week or so. The loungeroom was enormous and the lounge was ohh sooooo comfy, the TV was a good size. Internet was a bit sketchy at times but we had summer storms for several days so I blame that. LOVED the AC in the master and OMG the size of that room! The carpet was super soft and fluffy. The other 2 rooms were plenty spacious with lots of wardrobe space and loads of hangers (which id forgotten to pack) Full laundry with dryer was great, especially with 2 teenagers! My only issue was there is no toilet downstairs. The shops nearby are great (a few minutes stroll from the front door) - Coles/Liquorland, chemist, Dr, dentist, take away shops, post office, pizza, bakery (which has delicious pies) Halekulani Bowling club is a 5 min walk and also has great food options. All in all our stay was pretty perfect..

We had the most amazing stay at Sandbar Sanctuary. The apartment is stunning - think airy and light with the most perfect view of Burleigh beach. The apartment is spacious and beautifully appointed and has been styled to perfection. Every detail has been thought of to make for a perfect stay - fully equiped kitchen and laundry (washer and dryer and large clothes horse). The beds and pillows are comfortable and dreamy. Location is perfect - 2 min walk to beach and x2 convenience stores downstairs and only a short walk to Coles supermarket. Cant wait for our next stay at Sandbar Sanctuary!
