Do I get a refund if I cancel the booking?
Cancellations must be received in writing or by email. Please note to be considered valid a representative of All Aspect Rentals Pty Ltd must acknowledge receipt of your cancellation. It is the responsibility of the tenant to ensure receipt is confirmed.
Cancellations 14 days or more prior to arrival will forfeit any deposit paid.
Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival or on arrival will forfeit all rental paid.
In extenuating circumstances the above may be reviewed but it is at the discretion of the property owner as to whether they vary the above refund policy. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any extenuating circumstances that may occur together with any supporting documents.
What if I arrive and I don’t like the property?
Whilst we pride ourselves on cleanliness and our descriptions and photos being an accurate reflection of each property, in the event that you arrive and are not happy, we will try to accommodate you as best we can and give you an alternate option or otherwise try and rectify any particular issues you have with the property. We want your repeat business and will do everything we can to ensure an enjoyable stay.
What happens if my dates change or the length of my stay changes?
If your dates change, this will be considered a cancellation (refer to above). If you need longer than your original booking, this will be accommodated if possible or otherwise we may offer you a different property.
Do I need to bring my sheets and towels?
All properties provide tea towels, bathmats quilts and quilt covers. If indicated there may be an additional charge for sheets, pillowcases and towels and hand towels , please refer to the listing or email the owner for clarification.
Do I need to clean the property when I leave?
The property should be left tidy with all dishes either washed or loaded in the dishwasher. Excess rubbish should not be left at the property.
Are there any hidden costs that I will need to pay?
There are no hidden costs but there is a security deposit payable which is refunded provided you leave the property undamaged and reasonably tidy. If you leave the property damaged or excess rubbish or mess then money may be deducted from your bond. Likewise if there is any rent outstanding this will be deducted from the bond.
For longer stays electricity and gas is capped at $40-$50 per week and if you go above this, you will need to pay the excess.
Can I bring my pet?
Some properties allow pets so check the listing to see if pets are considered. Even if pets are permitted at the property, it is at the owners discretion whether they will allow your pet/s.
Can I smoke at the property?
There is no smoking indoors at any property. Most properties allow smoking outdoors however some properties do not allow smoking at all. Please refer to the listing for clarification.
Are the properties serviced?
The properties are not serviced during your stay however if you are staying for an extended period, we can provide weekly or fortnightly cleans and linen changes at an extra cost.
